Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Veeconn purchase. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused or lightly used, in their original packaging with all accessories. Contact contact@veeconn.com with your order number to start a return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method. Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If so, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
